How “On The Edge” Are You Living?

Oct 19, 2015 No Comments by

Are you one of the 62% of Americans living way out there on the edge with less than $1,000 in savings?

That’s right, 62% have less than $1,000 in savings as noted in a recent Google Consumer Survey of 5,000 people for the financial website GOBankingRates.com.

Stack Of CashThe survey also revealed that 21% of most Americans don’t even have a savings account. This survey affirms earlier research done in January 2015 by Bankrate.com, which showed similar percentages.

Those of you with Self-Empowered Banking Systems can consider yourself fortunate – you’re not in that 62%. No matter how much or how little you might have in your SEB, you’re way ahead of most of America. Read the full article at: MorningStar Advisor or see the full survey results at: GO Banking
